About the position
Uno Health is seeking a Sales Director with 5-7 years of strategic sales experience selling into Medicare Advantage Health Plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to understand the complexity of Medicare Advantage and sell meaningful solutions that deliver value to customers and members. The Sales Director will be responsible for bringing in new business, managing the sales process end to end, and developing existing customer relationships. This is a fully remote role with a base pay of $140,000 plus commission and equity. Uno Health is committed to pursuing greater Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in their hiring practices.
Responsibilities
- Bring in new business and manage the sales process end to end, from initial outreach to negotiating & closing deals
- Partner with the sales operations team to develop and define sales best practices
- Develop existing customer relationships and manage the renewal process
- Contribute to short-term initiatives to support various customer marketing activities as the company scales
- Have 5-7 years of strategic sales experience selling into Medicare Advantage Health Plans
- Understand the complexity of Medicare Advantage and sell meaningful solutions that deliver value to customers and members
- Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, with a proven track record in developing new relationships and cross-selling current accounts
- Be a strategic, systems thinker, and constantly look for ways to improve processes
- Be inclined to step outside of your day-to-day role to help the business grow exponentially
- Be a self-motivated learner that can pick up new content/industries quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Have CRM experience
- Have excellent communication skills, especially verbal
