About The Position

PHMG is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join its expanding Phoenix team. PHMG is an employee-owned audio branding agency serving more than 37,000 clients across 50+ countries. The role offers first-year on-target earnings of $65,000–$75,000, with merit-based base salary increases up to $80,000 and uncapped commission; top performers earn more than $90,000. Employees receive a one-time $2,000 bonus upon completing the training program. The position includes a three-month training program and ongoing career development.
