Sales Development Representative

Haast•New York, NY
•$60,000 - $80,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Haast is hiring its first Sales Development Representative to build qualified pipeline and establish the sales development playbook for its enterprise AI compliance platform. Based in the Brooklyn office, the role works closely with the CEO and Founding Enterprise AE. Most of the role focuses on pipeline creation, with the remainder dedicated to building processes that can be used by future SDRs. The SDR will run outbound prospecting by phone, email and LinkedIn; respond to marketing-generated demand and inbound signals; invite prospects to events and coordinate follow-up; and conduct structured discovery against Haast’s ideal customer profile. The role also involves documenting and improving talk tracks, sequences, objection handling and qualification criteria; maintaining CRM data and reporting on funnel performance; using AI for research, personalization and sequencing; and sharing market insights with marketing, product and sales leadership. This is a founding opportunity at a Series A company, with the potential to build and lead the future SDR team or move into enterprise sales ownership. The position is hybrid from Haast’s Brooklyn office.
