About The Position

Clarify is hiring one of its first two in-house Sales Development Representatives to help grow its AI-native CRM business. The role focuses on starting conversations with sales leaders and founders and booking qualified first meetings that become pipeline. The SDR will work directly with Account Executives and sales leadership, use Clarify’s AI to research accounts and personalize outreach, and see how meetings convert into revenue. The position is suited to someone who wants to learn quickly and progress toward closing deals, with a clear path to an Account Executive role for strong performers. New graduates are welcome; prior SDR experience is a plus but not required. The role is based in Seattle, with employees working in person at the Pioneer Square office three days a week. Clarify describes itself as an early-stage company with approximately 27 employees that raised $22.5 million. The company builds an AI-native CRM intended to reduce manual data entry and provide smarter automation for go-to-market teams.
