About The Position

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers — building trust early and helping shape a strong pipeline for the sales team. You will be speaking with CFOs, Operations leaders, and Senior decision-makers. Your approach should be clear, helpful, and well-researched as they are busy and receive a lot of outreach.

Requirements

  • Must have experience calling companies located in US and Canada markets
  • 6–24 months in an SDR role (or comparable outbound experience with strong results)
  • Comfortable working toward clear targets and tracking performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

  • FFL and/or ERP background is a major plus
  • Preferred industry experience in one or more of the following: Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Wholesaling, Accounting, B2B Distribution

Responsibilities

  • Outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn (high quality, consistent volume)
  • Target-account research to find the right people and the right message
  • Lead qualification to understand needs, urgency, and fit
  • Meeting booking for Account Executives with well-qualified prospects
  • Pipeline management so your week is planned and your progress is visible
  • Testing & iteration — refine messaging and sequences based on what performs
  • Team collaboration with Sales Leadership to improve playbooks and share learnings
