The representative schedules discovery calls, qualifies potential clients using questions and criteria, and passes qualified prospects to Account Executives. Duties include cold outreach about secure endpoint operating system needs, following up on inbound leads, working target prospect lists and key accounts, and meeting assigned activity KPIs. The representative also keeps lead and follow-up information current in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
