Synera is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team in Germany. This remote role is crucial for accelerating engineering with AI by connecting with potential customers, primarily engineering leads and decision-makers at deep-tech companies. The SDR will be the first point of contact, responsible for turning initial interest into qualified business opportunities. This is a hands-on role involving significant phone and email outreach, requiring a proactive approach to prospecting and qualifying leads. The SDR will work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute outreach strategies, test new approaches, and contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy in the DACH region. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the engineering market, understand customer challenges, and position an innovative AI product. Success in this role means building a strong sales pipeline, booking discovery calls, becoming proficient with sales tools, and developing a comprehensive understanding of Synera's product and value proposition.
