Requirements

A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in automotive engineering, specifically with motors, mechanisms, and advanced mechanical systems.
A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a management role, with a talent for inspiring teams and driving high-performance results.
A profound understanding of OEM methods, developments, and processes (Domestic/North American market).
Fluent communication in English.

Nice To Haves

Basic German skills are a distinct advantage for collaborating effectively with our global headquarters.

Responsibilities

Lead the team with foresight, aligning local market needs with our global Brose international strategy and customer expectations.
Direct the design, development, and validation of new products and optimize existing designs throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial prototype to series production.
Stay ahead of technology trends, evaluate market demands, and determine the need for technology transfer in coordination with our headquarters. Actively promote innovation and secure our Intellectual Property (IP).
Manage investment planning, departmental budgets, and ensure optimal staffing levels for all internal and customer projects.
Act as a strategic link between central departments, external service providers, and customers. Represent BNA’s interests with technical excellence directly at the OEM level.
