As a Business Development Representative at mama health, you will build and qualify pipeline for our Pharma Platform across the US market, while being based in New York. You will drive outbound pipeline generation by identifying, targeting, and engaging pharma and healthcare prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone, consistently creating qualified opportunities. You will own top-of-funnel execution by researching accounts, identifying relevant stakeholders (e.g. marketing, patient insights, digital teams), and crafting highly personalized outreach that resonates. You will qualify and convert interest into meetings by running sharp qualification to understand needs, use cases, and timing, and hand over high-quality opportunities to Account Executives. You will develop a strong point of view on pharma marketing by understanding industry trends, patient engagement challenges, and how mama health’s platform creates value. You will operate with high activity and precision by managing outreach volume, messaging quality, and CRM hygiene to consistently hit meeting and pipeline targets. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to iterate on messaging, campaigns, and ICP definition based on real market feedback.
