About The Position

We call it a Finisher: the person who creates or takes a strategy and carries it into production. AI made strategy cheap, so the rare person now is the one who finishes. That's who we're hiring. The Customization Group is a global leader in mass customization and print-on-demand e-commerce. We manufacture up to 2.5 million unique, personalized products daily across production sites in Germany, Poland, the USA, and Latvia. Millions of customers find us through our 20+ online shops and 1,000+ partner stores. Our 750+ team members come from 40+ nationalities and work at the intersection of manufacturing, e-commerce, and AI. We build with AI every day, and so does much of our team. Work that used to take weeks or months now ships in a day. We're nowhere near done. The Role: You create or take a strategy and drive it into production — through legacy systems, through skeptical stakeholders, all the way to a live result. We have the infrastructure, the ambition, and the team. What we need is someone who connects the dots, replaces whole workflows with AI, and ships. Right next door sits a $100B+ corporate gifting industry still ordering from PDF catalogs. The double-digit wins are lying on the floor. In a nutshell: Take a strategy and finish it. Use AI to replace whole workflows, not just speed up small tasks. Get real P&L responsibility within 12 months. Work hands-on, close to the founders.

Requirements

• You know e-commerce from the inside — the operations, the margins, the mess
• You use AI to replace entire workflows, and it's already part of how you work
• You finish. You've shipped things into production where other people stalled
• You've owned a number and moved it
• Legacy systems and skeptical stakeholders read as the job to you, not the obstacle
• You can work from one of our offices in the US, Germany, Poland, Latvia, the UAE, or Vietnam

Responsibilities

• Taking strategies and carrying them into production across our shops and systems

• As we grow into an M&A platform, building toward running an acquired company of your own
