About The Position

We are looking for an AI Use Case Designer (f/m/d) for our AI-powered learning & operating system. This is not a purely technical role; you will turn fuzzy business problems into shippable agents by scoping them, shaping their reasoning, and proving their quality before they reach clients. With a background in prompt engineering, applied AI, or AI product design, you will work with subject-matter experts, the Knowledge Architect, and Tech to ship tightly scoped agents that reason credibly and hold a clear quality bar from version one.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in AI product design, prompt engineering, applied AI and hands-on work with prompts, RAG, and orchestrated agents in real products, and a clear sense of when to use which.
  • Product thinking: you can decompose a fuzzy workflow into a testable, shippable agent with a clear definition of a good output.
  • Cross-functional fluency: you sit between Knowledge, Tech, and Key Account Management and can translate between all three.
  • Domain literacy in the sports business such as sponsorship, pricing, or commercial operations, or a proven track record of ramping up quickly with subject-matter experts.
  • A completed degree in computer science, cognitive science, product design, linguistics, or a comparable field.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Confident handling of digital tools and remote-work environments.

Nice To Haves

  • German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate concrete business problems such as sponsor fit assessment or dynamic pricing into agent specifications: scope, inputs, outputs, framework logic, and guardrails.
  • Design the agent's reasoning structure and prompt/workflow architecture in close collaboration with Tech: single assistant vs. retrieval-driven vs. multi-step agent with tool access, and the orchestration logic in between.
  • Define the knowledge slice each agent needs and work with the Knowledge Architect to ensure it exists at the required quality and granularity.
  • Build and run evals: golden test sets, quality gates, A/B tests in production, and feedback loops from Key Account Management and end users, so iteration is structured rather than vibes-based.
  • Own the agent backlog and the value × complexity prioritization, and lead the conceptualization work for new agents as the library grows.

Benefits

  • Flexible working: Remote or in our Berlin office, with flexible working hours.
  • Room for your ideas: Your expertise counts. Bring in your own concepts and implement them.
  • Strong team spirit: Collaboration at eye level, regular team events.
  • Real impact: Shape how AI is applied in the sports business and help define a new commercial standard for leagues and clubs.
  • Tap Into a Strong Network: Our experienced founding team, dedicated colleagues, and wide network of experts enable us to collaborate with international top-tier leagues and partners.
