Senior Full-stack AI Developer (m/f/d)
About The Position
The Senior Full-stack AI Developer will work within a SCRUM team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end applications that integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into ongoing business projects. This role involves working across both frontend and backend layers, building user interfaces, APIs, and database structures while ensuring seamless AI model integration. The developer will follow agreed methodology steps and rituals, take responsibility for produced code to independently deliver functional solutions with the team, share knowledge with less experienced colleagues, document and share best practices, and continuously work on self-development and industry trends. This position is crucial for helping Telekom manage state-sponsored projects in extending high-speed internet in Germany, involving platform development for project details, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Kotlin (Java), Spring Boot.
- Advanced experience with JavaScript with TypeScript.
- Advanced experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Advanced experience with Firestore DB.
- Advanced experience with Python (data analysis using Pandas, Jupyter notebooks, Matplotlib).
- Advanced experience with Vertex AI.
- Advanced experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Advanced experience with LangChain/langGraph.
- Advanced experience with training and integration of AI models into software.
- Advanced experience with GitLab.
- Basic experience with Jira.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and teach new technologies.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Solid communication skills (oral and written), and willingness to develop them further.
- Speak English at least B2 level.
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of Cloud systems, DevOps concepts and tooling is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Development and integration of artificial intelligence capabilities into a platform essential for extending high-speed internet in Germany.
