The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Nowsta is a remote position that plays a crucial role in meeting the company's revenue goals. As an SDR, you will conduct strategic research to identify prospective companies and build strong business relationships to drive sales. This role offers significant growth opportunities, with the potential to transition into closing positions as Account Executives. Key responsibilities include outreach to prospects, maintaining accurate CRM systems, measuring sales results, and collaborating with Account Executives to generate qualified opportunities. Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic research to determine the best prospective companies
- Cultivate business relationships to increase sales
- Outreach to prospects through email, phone, events, and conferences
- Organize and update internal CRM systems for accuracy
- Measure sales results and prepare data for analysis
- Coordinate with Account Executives to create a flow of qualified opportunities
- Create daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics
- Develop sales skills through trainings and shadowing
- Provide excellent customer experience
- Self-motivated in outbound sales role
- Adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, scaling company
- Have 6+ months previous experience in outbound SaaS sales role
- Reach or exceed quotas
- Have hospitality or staffing experience
Requirements
- 6+ months previous experience in an outbound SaaS sales role reaching or exceeding quotas
- Hospitality or staffing experience
- Proven ability to conduct strategic research to determine the best prospective companies
- Strong business relationship cultivation skills
- Proficient in outreach to prospects through email, phone, events, and conferences
- Experience in organizing and updating CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- Ability to measure sales results and prepare data for analysis
- Coordination with Account Executives to create a direct flow of qualified opportunities
- Creation and management of daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics
- Self-motivated and able to adapt in a fast-paced, scaling company environment
- Strong customer experience skills
- Willingness to continue developing sales skills through trainings and shadowing
