About the position
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Nowsta is a crucial position in achieving the company's revenue goals. Key responsibilities include outreach to prospects, maintaining accurate CRM systems, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with Account Executives to generate qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in outbound SaaS sales and knowledge of the hospitality or staffing industry are preferred qualifications. Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic research to determine the best prospective companies
- Cultivate business relationships to increase sales
- Outreach to prospects by email, phone, events, and conferences
- Organize and update internal CRM (Salesforce) systems for accuracy
- Measure sales results and prepare data for weekly analysis
- Coordinate with Account Executives to create a flow of qualified opportunities
- Create daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics
- Develop sales skills through trainings and shadowing
- Provide excellent customer experience
- Self-motivated in heavy outbound sales role
- Adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, scaling company
- Have 6+ months previous experience in outbound SaaS sales role reaching or exceeding quotas
- Have hospitality or staffing experience
