Sales Desk Manager
About The Position
The Sales Desk Manager at Hyundai of Covington Pike manages the activities of all sales staff to help achieve sales targets and customer service standards. The role includes coaching, training, cross-training, and developing the sales team; ensuring salespeople engage with customers; and addressing and resolving customer concerns. The position calls for a proven track record with exceptional customer satisfaction results, strong communication and customer engagement skills, and an acceptable driving record with a valid driver’s license. Previous automotive sales management experience is a plus. High school graduation or equivalent and age 18 or older are required. The dealership seeks open availability to support operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proven track record with exceptional CSI.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
- Open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
