About The Position

Closets by Design is seeking a Sales Designer Consultant to help residential customers organize their homes. The role involves traveling to pre-set appointments near the employee’s home, assessing customers’ organizational needs, and educating them about the company’s products and services. Closets by Design provides sales and design training, leads, marketing materials, and support from a team of managers; no prior experience is necessary. The position is commission-only, with a reasonably expected compensation range of $36,000–$100,000 per year. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and flexible work-from-home options are offered.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Must reside in Northwest New Jersey, within a 30–40-mile radius of the advertised job location.
Ability to thrive in a full-commission and bonus sales environment.

Responsibilities

Travel to pre-set customer appointments using provided leads and marketing materials.

Follow the company’s sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organization.
