About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who are creative, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping people organize their homes. As a designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments. Complete sales and design training are provided, so no prior experience is necessary. This is a hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule, offering 16 weeks of paid sales training and ongoing mentorship. You will begin your sales route with appointments, where you will build rapport with customers, assess their needs, and educate them on products and services. Requirements

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
Coachable candidates are sought.
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
