Dunkin' Sales Crew - Midday/Second Shift
About The Position
Join Dunkin' as a Sales Crew member serving customers during the midday/second shift. In this fast-paced role, you will provide friendly customer service, handle transactions, help customers choose menu items, prepare beverages, and keep the counter and dining area clean. You will collaborate with the team, respond to customer concerns, follow service and safety standards, and promote items and offers. No prior experience is needed; the role is suited to someone willing to learn and contribute to a dynamic team. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee. If hired, the franchisee will be the employee's employer and is responsible for setting wages and benefit programs, which may vary among franchisees.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Team-oriented and ready to work in a dynamic environment.
- At least 18 years old.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS systems.
- Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- Willingness to learn; no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Help customers select menu items and answer questions.
- Process orders quickly and accurately.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages.
- Keep the counter and dining area clean and inviting.
- Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a positive, respectful work atmosphere.
- Be receptive to feedback and learning.
- Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain Dunkin' service and product quality standards.
- Upsell menu items and promotions.
- Follow cash-handling, cleanliness, food-safety, and workplace-safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
