About The Position

Join Dunkin' as a Midday/Second Shift Sales Crew member, serving as a friendly and energetic presence for customers in a lively, fast-paced environment. Help customers with menu choices, handle transactions, prepare coffee and other beverages, and keep the counter and dining area clean. Work collaboratively with the team, prioritize guest satisfaction, resolve customer concerns, follow company standards and workplace policies, and promote menu items and specials. No prior experience is needed; a willingness to learn is welcome. This position is with an independently owned Dunkin' franchisee, which is the employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
Team-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS systems.
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
Willingness to learn; no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in a friendly, energetic manner.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain Dunkin' standards for service and product quality.
Upsell menu items and promotions.
Follow procedures for cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
