About The Position

Join Dunkin' as a midday/second-shift cashier, serving as a friendly and energetic presence for customers in a fast-paced environment. Handle transactions, help customers choose menu items, process accurate orders, and prepare coffee and other beverages. Keep the counter and dining area clean, collaborate with the team, respond to customer concerns, and follow service, cash-handling, food-safety, cleanliness, and workplace-safety procedures. The position requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn; no prior experience is needed. This restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee, which is the employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
Team-oriented and ready to work in a dynamic environment.
At least 18 years old.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS equipment.
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
