Dunkin' Sales Crew - Midday/Second Shift
About The Position
Dunkin' is hiring a Sales Crew member for the midday/second shift to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant. The role includes operating the cash register, helping customers choose menu items, processing orders accurately, preparing coffee and other beverages, and keeping the counter and dining area clean. Team members are expected to support a positive team environment, respond to customer concerns, follow service and product-quality standards, promote items and promotions, and comply with cash-handling, cleanliness, food-safety, and workplace-safety procedures. Other duties may be assigned. The franchise offers weekly pay, a 401(k) with a company match of up to 6%, flexible scheduling with full- and part-time opportunities, advancement opportunities, and paid time off. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee, which is the employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working the midday/second shift.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- A team-oriented approach and readiness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfort using basic computer systems and point-of-sale systems.
- Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
