About The Position

Join the Dunkin' team as a morning/day shift cashier and help customers start their day with positive, efficient service. This role handles customer transactions and orders, answers menu questions, prepares basic coffee and beverages, and keeps the front counter and dining area clean and welcoming. Team members work in a fast-paced environment, uphold Dunkin' standards, follow operational policies, and contribute to guest satisfaction and restaurant profitability. No previous experience is required; the franchisee is the employer and independently determines wages and benefit programs.

Requirements

Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to use basic computer and POS system functions.
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
No previous experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
