About The Position

The Baker/Finisher prepares Dunkin' donuts, bagels, and other baked goods, then glazes, fills, and decorates products to meet quality standards. The role also involves monitoring baking supplies and ingredient freshness, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with team members to support smooth restaurant operations. The employee may occasionally interact with customers and is expected to prioritize guest satisfaction, follow recipes and brand standards, complete required training, and comply with restaurant, food safety, security, and franchisee policies. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Basic math skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and preparedness for scheduled shifts.
Must be prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to operate restaurant equipment; age-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

Bake donuts, bagels, and other products according to recipes and procedures.
Glaze, fill, and decorate baked goods.
Ensure products meet quality standards and are consistently prepared.
Monitor baking supplies and ingredients and maintain product freshness.
Maintain a clean baking area, workstation, and guest areas in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Collaborate with team members to support restaurant operations.
Occasionally interact with customers and address guest needs promptly.
Communicate positively with team members, respond to feedback, and arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shifts.
Follow brand standards, systems, marketing initiatives, and restaurant policies.
Complete required training and support the training of other team members.
Follow cash-handling, cleanliness, food-safety, restaurant-safety, and security procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
