About The Position
Dunkin' is seeking a cheerful, customer-focused Sales Crew member to serve customers during the morning/day shift. The role involves greeting guests, processing transactions and orders, answering menu questions, preparing basic coffee and beverage orders, and keeping the front counter and dining area clean. Team members help maintain a supportive work environment, prioritize guest satisfaction, resolve customer issues, uphold brand and operational standards, and promote current offers and menu items. The position is with an independently owned and operated Dunkin' franchise; the franchisee is the employer and sets its own wages and benefit programs.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Able to use basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system functions.
- Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- No previous experience required; willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and set a positive tone for their visit.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions quickly and accurately.
- Learn the menu and assist customers with selections and questions.

- Keep the front counter and dining area clean and welcoming.
- Work collaboratively with the team and be receptive to feedback and guidance.
- Arrive on time and be ready to work each shift.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction and address customer needs or resolve issues promptly and positively.
- Follow Dunkin' standards and systems to deliver quality service and products.
- Communicate current promotions and suggest menu items to customers.
- Follow operational policies related to cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
