About The Position

The Sales Crew member serves as a morning/day-shift cashier at a Dunkin' franchise, greeting customers, taking and processing orders, handling register transactions, and preparing basic coffee and beverage orders. The role helps maintain an efficient, welcoming customer experience during busy periods and keeps the front counter and dining area clean. Team members follow brand standards and operational policies, including those for cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety. The franchisee is the employer and independently determines wages and benefits.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for greeting customers and working morning shifts.
Fluency in English and effective communication skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to use basic computer and POS system functions.
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
No previous experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
