About The Position

Join the Dunkin' team as a Sales Crew member, serving as a friendly and energetic point of contact for customers. The role involves handling transactions, helping customers choose menu items, processing accurate orders, preparing coffee and other beverages, and keeping service and dining areas clean. Team members work collaboratively, prioritize guest satisfaction, address customer concerns, follow company standards and procedures, and may promote menu items and current offers. No prior experience is required; the franchisee provides an opportunity to learn on the job. The position is with an independently owned and operated Dunkin' franchise, which is the employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Team-oriented and ready to work in a dynamic environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and point-of-sale systems.
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly customer service and help energize customers.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions.
Process orders quickly and accurately.
Prepare coffee and other beverages.
Keep the counter and dining area clean and inviting.
Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive, respectful work atmosphere.
Be receptive to feedback and continue learning.
Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts.
Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain Dunkin' standards for service and product quality.
Promote new items and promotions to customers.
Follow procedures for cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
