About The Position

The Sales Crew member works overnight at a Dunkin' restaurant, serving late-night customers and supporting store operations. The role includes welcoming guests, operating the cash register, explaining menu options, processing orders, preparing coffee and other beverages, and keeping the front counter and dining area clean and organized. Team members collaborate with overnight coworkers, respond positively to feedback, arrive dependably for overnight shifts, and help ensure a pleasant customer experience. They also resolve customer issues, uphold brand standards, promote featured items, and follow cash-handling, cleanliness, food-safety, and security procedures. The franchise offers full-time and part-time opportunities. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
Team-oriented and able to work overnight hours.
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable with basic computer operations and POS systems.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
No previous experience required.
