Dunkin' Sales Crew - Overnights
About The Position
The Sales Crew member works as an overnight cashier at a Dunkin' restaurant, serving late-night customers and supporting store operations. The role involves providing friendly customer service, handling transactions, helping customers choose menu items, preparing coffee and other beverages, processing orders accurately, and keeping the front counter and dining area clean and organized. Team members collaborate with overnight colleagues, follow guidance, arrive dependably for overnight shifts, resolve customer issues, uphold brand and operational standards, and promote featured products. No previous experience is required. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee; if hired, the franchisee is the employee's employer and determines its own wage and benefit programs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Team-oriented and willing to work overnight hours.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable with basic computer operations and POS systems.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist late-night customers.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Help customers with menu selections and answer questions.
- Process orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area.
- Work collaboratively with overnight team members and respond to guidance and direction.
- Arrive on time and ready to work the overnight shift.
- Prioritize customer experience and resolve customer issues efficiently and positively.
- Follow Dunkin' brand standards for service and product quality.
- Promote featured items and new offerings.
- Follow operational procedures for cash, cleanliness, food safety, and security.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
