About The Position

The Dunkin’ Crew Member helps keep the store running by preparing drinks and food, serving customers, and supporting the team. The role is in a fast-paced environment and requires flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. It also involves lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. This position is with an independent Dunkin’ franchisee, which is the employee’s employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements
