About The Position

The Dunkin Crew Member helps keep the store running by preparing drinks and food, serving customers, and supporting the team. This is a full-time or part-time role with flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is with a Dunkin’ franchisee, which is the employee’s employer and independently determines wages and benefit programs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age, or older as required by applicable law.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team mindset.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
