About The Position

Dunkin' is hiring an overnight Sales Crew member, described in the posting as an Overnight Cashier. The role provides customer service during overnight hours, processes transactions and orders, assists guests with menu selections, and prepares coffee and other beverages. The employee also maintains clean and organized customer areas, follows operational standards for cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and security, and works collaboratively with other overnight team members. No previous experience is required. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee; if hired, the franchisee will be the employee's employer.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Fluent in English, with effective communication skills.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
Team-oriented and comfortable with overnight work.
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable with basic computer operations and POS systems.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist late-night customers.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Help customers choose menu items and answer questions.
