About The Position
The Sales Crew member serves as an overnight cashier at a Dunkin' franchise, welcoming late-night customers and providing prompt, friendly service. The role handles cash-register and POS transactions, helps customers choose menu items, processes orders accurately, and prepares coffee and other beverages. It also maintains clean and organized customer areas and follows operational standards for cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and security. The position involves working collaboratively with other overnight team members, accepting guidance, arriving dependably for overnight shifts, resolving customer issues, and promoting featured or new offerings. No previous experience is required. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee, which is the employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluent in English, with effective communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Team-oriented and willing to work overnight hours.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable with basic computer operations and POS systems.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
- No previous experience required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome late-night customers and provide a friendly experience.

- Promote promotional items and new offerings.
- Follow operational procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and security.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
