About The Position

Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working midday/second shift.

- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfort with basic computer use and POS systems.
- Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- No prior experience is required; willingness to learn is expected.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service and help create a positive customer experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions quickly and accurately.
- Assist customers with menu selections and answer their questions.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages.
- Keep the counter and dining area clean and inviting.
- Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive, respectful work atmosphere.
- Be receptive to feedback and continue learning and improving.
- Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts.
- Resolve customer concerns or issues efficiently.
- Maintain Dunkin' service and product-quality standards.
- Promote new items and promotions to customers.
- Follow procedures for cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
