About The Position

Hendrick Automotive Group is hiring a Sales Consultant for Hendrick Honda in Bradenton, Florida. Sales Consultants sell new and used vehicles at a profit to the dealership while ensuring customer satisfaction. The dealership notes that candidates with experience in service, hospitality, or retail sales have a history of performing well in this position. The role includes meeting dealership sales goals, helping customers select vehicles, demonstrating vehicle features, and supporting the sales transaction through paperwork, delivery, and registration. Responsibilities

Meet dealership sales goals.
Greet customers and determine the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
Explain vehicle features and demonstrate vehicle operation in the showroom or on a demonstration drive.
Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase.
Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales slips or sales contracts.
Arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
Research availability of models and optional equipment.
Follow other instructions and perform additional duties and responsibilities requested by a supervisor.
