About The Position

TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Regional Sales Consultant who travels throughout the region and may work in multiple locations. The role focuses on building customer connections, understanding customer needs, and providing wireless solutions in person and over the phone. The position combines sales performance with customer care and includes opening the store, welcoming customers, and contributing to community involvement. The average salary is $55,000–$65,000 per year and includes a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses, and profit sharing. The position also offers hourly guaranteed pay and same-day pay options. Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours is required.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; frequent standing is required.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
