Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers.
• Understand customers' wants and needs.
• Present vehicle options.
• Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Work with sales coaches to structure deals.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain organization and professionalism at all times.
