About The Position

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Sales Consultant In Training to prepare new personnel for eventual assignment to a sales territory. The position involves managing an established sales territory through selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and accounts receivable. Sales Trainee/Merchandisers work to achieve sales objectives, manage territory activity, sell current and new products, promote products, conduct in-store tastings, and service accounts. Merchandising duties include shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays, and stocking inventory. Flexibility is important to success in this role.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal- and results-driven.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.

Nice To Haves

• Four-year BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
• Prior sales experience.
• Local candidates are preferred; no relocation package is offered.
