About The Position

Massage Heights is seeking a Front Desk Sales Consultant to join its team and help inspire, educate, and promote a balanced lifestyle for Members and guests. The role offers a positive, gratifying, spa-like work environment, with opportunities for growth and a focus on improving guests’ lives through each session. The consultant provides guest service and sales support at the front desk, including recommending products and services, scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and explaining promotions. The position includes an hourly rate plus commissions, flexible work hours, training and development, and employee massage benefits at a reduced cost.

Requirements

Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
Sales or retail and guest-service experience.
Basic computer software knowledge and the ability to learn new systems.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
Critical-thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution.
Passion for communicating with people and consistently providing exceptional service.
Availability to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Recommend products and services to guests based on services received and therapists’ recommendations.
Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists based on their needs.
Greet guests and members in person and by phone with a positive demeanor.
Educate guests about current sales promotions and special offers.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Exhibit a team-player mentality.
Work toward individual and team sales goals.
