About The Position

Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a passionate, purpose-driven sales specialist to help guests pursue their wellness goals through personalized membership options. The role centers on relationship-based sales, empathy, and clear communication, while also supporting front desk operations and helping create a seamless guest experience. The retreat offers therapies and amenities including Halo Salt Therapy, infrared sauna, cryotherapy, lymphatic drainage technology, massage therapy, and skin therapy. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with 6–8-hour day and evening shifts and at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Heights Wellness Retreat describes itself as a sanctuary focused on guests’ and team members’ well-being and growth.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
Previous experience in membership sales is required.
Ability to connect with people, listen, and inspire trust.
Proficiency with basic computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
A positive, energetic demeanor and ability to learn quickly.
Strong critical thinking skills, especially when resolving customer conflicts.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
Support daily retreat operations, including check-in, guest transitions, and front desk service.
Communicate with guests by phone using excellent etiquette, an upbeat tone, and clear articulation.
Collaborate with therapists and team members to provide a seamless, elevated guest experience.
