About The Position

Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a passionate, purpose-driven sales specialist to help guests pursue their wellness goals through personalized membership options. The role focuses on relationship-based sales, empathetic communication, and expert service in a wellness retreat offering therapeutic massage, advanced skincare, and wellness technologies. The consultant also supports front desk operations and works with therapists and other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience. The retreat describes its environment as a sanctuary for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, with tranquil areas, advanced equipment, and therapies including Halo Salt Therapy, infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and lymphatic drainage technology. The company highlights personal and professional growth, paid training, employee discounts, wellness resources, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay with commission and bonus opportunities. Each location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, which sets its own hiring criteria, benefits, and compensation. The schedule includes 6–8-hour day and evening shifts, with full- and part-time positions available. At least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is required. Compensation is listed as $14.00–$15.00 per hour.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
Previous experience in membership sales is required.
Ability to connect with guests, listen, and inspire trust.
Proficiency with basic computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Positive, energetic demeanor and ability to learn quickly.
Strong critical-thinking skills, particularly in resolving customer conflicts.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
Support daily retreat operations, including check-in, transitions, and front desk service.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
Collaborate with therapists and team members to provide a seamless, elevated guest experience.
