About The Position

Drybar is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate to create an excellent guest experience in a fun, fast-paced environment. The front desk associate is the first point of contact for guests and helps set the tone for their visit and for the team. The role includes welcoming guests, managing appointments and transactions, handling phone calls, promoting memberships and retail products, and building guest relationships that encourage repeat visits. The associate also supports teammates and helps keep the shop running smoothly while multitasking and problem-solving.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
Outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
Passion for sales, beauty, and delivering exceptional service.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.
