About The Position

StretchLab Johns Creek is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to cover front desk and sales responsibilities. The role has flexible hours, with shift coverage planned in advance, and is intended for someone seeking supplemental income rather than a primary income. The studio describes its atmosphere as calm and welcoming, with a small, close-knit team focused on helping clients feel and move better through one-on-one assisted stretching. The Sales Associate will greet and check in clients, support prospective members through the sales process, manage communications and bookings, contribute to social media and merchandise sales, represent the studio at occasional community events, and help maintain the studio. Compensation is $12 per hour plus sales commission. Perks include a complimentary monthly StretchLab membership and the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and check in clients as the first point of contact at the studio.
Guide prospective members through the sales process, including lead follow-up, consultations, and closing.
Handle phone calls, texts, and outreach professionally and warmly.
Book and confirm stretch sessions for current and new clients.
Help create social media content and present and sell merchandise.
Represent the studio at occasional community events and health fairs.
Help keep the studio looking its best.
