This 4-month co-op term offers a full immersion into PepsiCo's sales operations, providing experience from both a ground-up sales perspective and a business skills development angle. The role involves selling and marketing products to retailers, developing relationships within the Field Sales network, utilizing sales forecasting tools, and merchandising iconic brands. Additionally, the co-op will work on field sales projects such as POS optimization, innovation launch and sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization, utilizing analytical and communication skills. Success in this role may lead to an opportunity to interview for the Sales Leadership Program, potentially securing a post-graduation offer.
