This is a 4-month co-op term position where the individual will be fully immersed in PepsiCo's sales operations, learning the business from two perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills. The 'Ground Up' aspect involves developing and sustaining a CPG business by selling and marketing products to a set group of retailers, gaining experiences in relationship development, sales forecasting, customer compliance, and merchandising. The 'Building Critical Business Skills' aspect involves working closely with Sales leaders on field sales projects, utilizing analytical and communication skills for tasks such as POS optimization, innovation launch and sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization. Success in this role may lead to an opportunity to interview for the Sales Leadership Program, potentially securing a post-graduation career offer.
