About The Position

PepsiCo Beverages is seeking a Fall 2026 Sales Co-op for their Away From Home (AFH) business segment. This 4-month program, running from September to December 2026, offers a full immersion into the PepsiCo Food Service business, working with billion-dollar brands. The co-op will take on a leadership role in business development projects with lasting impact. The role involves half the term spent in the market and the other half working on strategic business projects. The AFH segment focuses on serving customers outside traditional retail, such as restaurants, workplaces, schools, and entertainment venues. This position is an opportunity to learn sales fundamentals, develop skills, and begin a career in the CPG industry.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a post-secondary education in business or related field
  • Available for a full-time internship between September – December 2026
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to understand and leverage strategic insight to drive results
  • Collaborative and works well in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid, full driver’s license, with a flawless driving record
  • Reliable and consistent access to a personal vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Build analytical literacy capability within Key Accounts/Sales/Finance
  • Influence and collaborate with the AFH team, key accounts, and customers to meet consumer demands within your area
  • Undertake key projects as per business need
  • Identify and assist in implementing processes that improve effectiveness and eliminate redundancies
  • Support sales and multifunctional teams on customer-facing initiatives
