This is a 4-month co-op term focused on sales operations, offering two distinct learning perspectives: 'Ground Up' and 'Building Critical Business Skills'. In the 'Ground Up' perspective, you will learn to develop and sustain a CPG business by selling and marketing products to a set group of retailers, gaining experience in relationship development, sales forecasting, customer service, and merchandising. In the 'Building Critical Business Skills' perspective, you will work with Sales leaders on analytical and communication-driven field sales projects such as POS optimization, innovation launch and sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization. Success in this co-op term can lead to an opportunity to interview for the Sales Leadership Program, potentially securing an offer for post-graduation employment.
