PepsiCo Beverages Sales Co-op is a 4-month program designed for students in their third year of study, preferably pursuing a Business Degree. This immersive experience allows participants to learn the CPG business from the ground up by selling and marketing products to retailers, developing relationships, leveraging sales forecasting tools, and executing merchandising displays. Participants will also work on field sales projects with Sales leaders, focusing on areas like POS optimization, innovation launch and sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization. Success in this co-op term can lead to an opportunity to interview for the Sales Leadership Program, potentially securing a post-graduation career offer.
