About The Position

PepsiCo Beverages Sales Co-op for Fall 2026 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is an onsite, field-based role requiring daily local travel. During the 4-month co-op term, you will be fully immersed in sales operations, learning the business from two perspectives: developing and sustaining a CPG business by selling and marketing products to retailers, and working with Sales leaders on analytical and communication-driven field sales projects.

Requirements

  • Availability to work full time from September to December 2026.
  • Currently in the third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
  • Valid, full driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to pursue other interests concurrently.
  • Skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities, and manage work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships across the Field Sales network, receive coaching, and engage in career connects with Leadership.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Sell and service customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements.
  • Merchandise iconic brands and execute advertising displays.
  • Utilize strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with important customers.
  • Engage in projects such as POS optimization, Innovation Launch & Sustainment, Customer Development Agreement optimization, and other real-time business priority projects.
