PepsiCo Beverages Fall 2026 Sales Co-op is a 4-month immersive program where participants will learn sales operations from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills. Participants will be involved in selling and marketing products to retailers, developing relationships, leveraging sales forecasting tools, and merchandising brands. They will also work on field sales projects such as POS optimization, innovation launch and sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization. Success in this co-op term may lead to an opportunity to interview for the Sales Leadership Program, potentially securing an offer for post-graduation employment.
