About The Position

PepsiCo Beverages Fall 2026 Sales Co-op is a 4-month immersive program where participants will learn sales operations from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills. Participants will be involved in selling and marketing products to retailers, developing relationships, leveraging sales forecasting tools, and merchandising brands. They will also work on field sales projects such as POS optimization, innovation launch and sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization. Success in this co-op term may lead to an opportunity to interview for the Sales Leadership Program, potentially securing an offer for post-graduation employment.

Requirements

  • Available to work full time from September to December 2026.
  • In the third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
  • Valid, full driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  • Skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
  • Self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to a set group of retailers.
  • Develop relationships across the Field Sales network, receive coaching, and engage in career connects with Leadership.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Sell and service customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements.
  • Merchandise iconic brands and execute advertising displays.
  • Utilize strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with important customers.
  • Work on projects such as POS optimization, Innovation Launch & Sustainment, Customer Development Agreement optimization, and other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

Benefits
