About The Position

Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales BDC Representative. The representative is the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, generating appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This is an in-person, full-time position in Carrollton, Georgia, with an eight-hour day shift and evening shift schedule. The schedule is Monday through Friday with one weekday off, and Saturday work is required. Nice To Haves

Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
Two years of sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and inquiries.
Schedule customer appointments with the sales team.
Follow up with customers to check satisfaction and address questions or concerns.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointments.
Work with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals.
Use CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
